Interactive Original Art.
Interactivity is a word that implies a lot of action - maybe a touch, a thought, a movement - yet it is rarely associated with the visual arts. However, all art, whether it is a performance piece, an installation, a two-dimensional painting, a book, or even a movie is inherently interactive. As the viewer, we take in the unique ideas of the artist and interpret it through our own personal viewpoints and experiences. At its essence, art is a conversation between the artist and the viewer, even if no one says a word.
If that isn’t interactive, I don’t know what is.
My goal when I started Project IOA was to have a platform to present my creative projects and open a dialogue with the viewer.
