Digital Sculpture Rendering
Once more turning to science, I researched and studied the fossils of this Triassic creature, as well as its potential prey (the Longisquama is the unfortunate critter depicted here). I sculpted and painted in Zbrush, rendered in KeyShot, and finished in Photoshop. I made two variants of the Coelophysis sculpt, both of which were later 3D printed. There's something almost surreal about being able to hold a tangible object made from a digital sculpt design.
